*First timers are encouraged to join us on Saturday.  You’ll be matched with a more experienced Athlete who, along with our Coach will guide you through the workout.

 

Please note the following with regard to holds and cancellations;

Memberships require a 30-day notice to cancel.

Holds are authorized for 30 days minimum with prior notice.

 

CrossFit Group Classes

 

Challenging training in a large group setting.

(Cost is per month)

Unlimited Classes; $130.00/month

3 x per week; $100.00/month

A 20% discount is offered for Active Duty Military/Law Enforcement/Fire Fighters/Full-time Students.

We recommend that those interested in CrossFit participate in our “On-Ramp” consisting of three One on One sessions. The cost for the On-Ramp is $75.00. That covers all three sessions.  During these sessions we will instruct and evaluate all movements necessary to perform the CrossFit regimen. Once the initial three sessions are complete you can decide if you’d like to join for the monthly classes or continue on with One on One training at the normal rate.  *24 HOURS NOTICE is required to cancel an On Ramp session.  A No Show will be billed at the normal rate.

Drop-in Policy

If you CrossFit at a Box out of town you are welcome to join us. Prior notice is appreciated.

CrossFit One-on-One Coaching

One-on-One attention from a Coach focusing exclusively on your fitness goals. Personal training sessions will be approximately one hour in length and will include a warm up, workout and a cool down.

Single Sessions: $70.00

Package of 8: $500.00
