1. Saturday at 10:00 AM is a Team or Partner WOD. Anyone can drop in to try it out. The WOD (Workout of the Day) will always be user friendly for first timers/beginners and you will be paired with a Coach or an experienced CrossFitter.
There is no longer a 9:00am WOD on Saturday. This is Coach’s time.
2. Once you’re ready to get started we’ll set you up with a coach for a one-on-one ON RAMP.
3. If you’re coming to visit or join from another Box or have a solid background in CrossFit (our discretion) you can bypass the ON RAMP and get started. Click here for class times.
